SPIRITUAL HEALING

SPIRITUAL HEALING is a general term relating to healers who work with compassionate spirits of the non-physical world. Shamanism or Shamanic Healing is similar to Spiritual Healing. Shamanism is one of the world's oldest traditions for healing and personal empowerment and is still practised by two-thirds of the world's cultures. Shamanic or Shamanism practitioners journey to their spirit helpers using a drum or rattle to induce a light trance. While the guides of Spiritual Healers might include angels, god(s) or masters, shamans often call on the help of certain animals such as Bear or Wolf. Shamans have an animistic world view, for them, nature is alive, with spirits inhabiting all life-forms down to trees, water and stones. Healing is seen as a co-operative effort between client, shaman and spirit guides.

Both Reiki and Angelic Reiki are also types of Spiritual Healing. The practitioner channels the divine energy through their hands into the client's energy body. This stimulates the body to heal itself.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) means Spiritual Life Force Energy . In the West it usually refers to the system of healing and personal empowerment developed in Japan at the end of the 19th century by Mikao Usui.

During a healing session, the Reiki energy passes into the client's body through the healer's hands, gently but powerfully effecting healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Because energy knows no boundaries, Reiki can be sent through Time and Space to heal past and future issues. It can also be used to heal, cleanse and energise all living things, from plants, food, water, crystals and animals to countries and the planet. It transforms situations or places by dissolving negative blocks or purifying unhealthy atmospheres.

Both Shamanic Healing and Reiki Healing use helping spirits from all levels of creation, from animals and birds to angels and other galactic beings. Reiki and Angelic Reiki Healing take place while the client rests on a couch fully clothed. Reiki is usually experienced as relaxing and restorative. Angelic Reiki operates at an even higher level, within multi-dimensions, and is perhaps more appropriate for clients with longer-term problems. Shamanic Healing can remove blockages in the energy field in one session, also bring back missing soul parts, after which Reiki can be used to gently restore and heal at the client's own pace.

Spiritual Healing tends to be thought of as a one-to-one experience, but both Shamanic and Reiki Healing can also be used to clear land and homes of uncomfortable energies. Both methods are as effective at a distance as they are when the client is present.

Although we prefer to see our clients, we appreciate this is not always possible. Most of our work can be carried out at a distance: we have successfully treated clients in various parts of the world (Australia, South America, Europe) as well as locally. We also treat animals - and past and future situations. And yes, it does work - energy knows no boundaries!
